Return/Replacement
Kiltnow do best to make customer satisfied with our products & services. All products must pass quality checks and cross-check by Quality Assurance Departmenbt before shipping. But in certain cases, you need to Return or Replace the product; aspects need to be taken care of. All our orders are made to order, and a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are charged on return for a replacement.
Refundable
Kiltnow accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days of the order shipment date on items in salable condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Shipping items sent back to our facility center.
- Returns processed take approximately 10-12 business days.
- You need to send photos of the defects before Return/Replacement at mailto:support@kiltnow.com.
- Products must be returned with the invoice and with all tags attached in its original packaging materials.
- If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the Shipping & Delivery charges.
NON-REFUNDABLE
- Products sold in SALE & DISCOUNT are Non-Refundable unless the product has a defect.
- Made to Measure & Full Customized products are not refundable or replaceable unless the product has a defect.
- Kiltnow not responsible for damages due to shipping & handling, regular wear & wash.
- Worn or altered items can not be returned.
- Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because we aren’t responsible for stolen/lost orders that show as delivered.
- Customers with an exploitative return pattern will be flagged by our system.
How to Return?
- If the product is eligible for Return/Replacement or Refund, please follow the instructions.
- Package your unworn items, with original tags, using the original packing provided.
- In E-mail mention your name, order number, which is used to place an order.
- If the product is defective, please send photos of the defects.
- Customer Support representative will get back to you to serve you.
- Company representative will provide a return address, Once you get the approval for Return/Replacement, Customer can use any courier services (Charges paid by Customer).

Refund
- Refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to refund back into your account.
- A refund will be made to your original payment method, i.e., PayPal or Stripe.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
