How to Return?

If the product is eligible for Return/Replacement or Refund, please follow the instructions:

  • Customers are eligible to return any product within 30 days of purchase.
  • Package your unworn items, with original tags, using the original packing provided.
  • In E-mail mention your name, order number, which is used to place an order.
  • If the product is defective, please send photos of the defects.
  • Customer Support representative will get back to you to serve you.
  • Company representative will provide a return address. Once you get the approval for Return/Replacement, Customer can use any courier services (Charges paid by Customer).

Refund

  • Refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to refund back into your account.
  • A refund will be made to your original payment method, i.e., PayPal or Stripe.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
